We used the "Taxi in Volos" service recently for a day trip around Pelion. The service was of exceptional quality! The driver (Nikos) picked us up in the morning at the agreed time and we discussed the itinerary. He offered suggestions regarding the best places to go and seemed very knowledgeable about the villages in the mountain and the beaches.We had a great time and would recommend to our friends and family to use this service!!
After a 10-hour flight, Kostis was there waiting for us at the Athens International Airport terminal exit. He was very professional, with a sense of humor and kind enough to carry all of our suitcases.The ride from Athens to Volos was smooth! We managed to get a 2-hour nap as the vehicle was super comfortable!! Even though Greece was dealing with a heat wave, the inside temperature was cool and amazing! Kostis was thoughtful enough to offer us water, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. He even asked us if we wanted to make stops along the way to stretch, use the bathroom or grab something to eat. Upon our arrival in Volos, Kostis unloaded all our luggage and carried everything to our front door. We would definitely recommend the services to anyone flying to Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki or Volos) and/or would like to travel to Pelion (beaches and small villages) or Meteora. These guys are the best!!!

Nikos was our driver on one of our spontaneous adventure to Pelion. A very friendly man very informative. He made us enjoy the journey and feel comfortable. The car, a nice E-Class Mercedes, was waiting us in the port when the ship docked. The driver, Mr Adamakis himself, was very friendly, very fluent in English ( better than me ! ) very proud of his country, and knows everything about the monasteries.....including hidden places that cannot be reached with the busses ! We also spoke about Greece, economics, social, education.... We finished the tour in Makrynista, the nicest village of Mount Pelion, close to Volos. The quality of service is far higher than standard bus tour organised by the cruise company, for a price just a little bit higher ( when you are two people ; if you are three, you win because the price is by car, not by Pax !). Meteora visit is not the only service provided by Taxi In Volos..... We deeply suggest having a talk with Mr Adamakis before any trip in the Volos / Thessaloniki area.

We pre-booked this taxi company for a journey from Damoucharia to Volos Airport. This is a 2 hour journey along very windy roads from a very remote region of the... read more Pelion. We therefore required a very reliable service (in order to make the flight) and we were not disappointed.
The company was slightly more expensive (€10) than another quote I received but I chose to go with this company for the multiple 5* reviews, and this was the right decision.
I was emailing the taxi company who responded very quickly. I was then given the mobile number of the driver a couple of days beforehand to confirm all arrangements. The taxi driver (Kostas) arrived 20 minutes early (which put us in a great peace of mind given how remote we were) and drove very very carefully around the windy roads.
The payment was all in cash on the day, after the journey, but the price agreed in advance.
I was very impressed with this taxi company, and given the length of trip and petrol prices, thought the price was very reasonable.

Christos was a wonderful guide. Very kind. Told us a lot about the area. Took us every where we wanted to go. Great value compared to cruise ship tours.

This was probably the best transfer from airport to accommodation I’ve ever had. Within 3 minutes of stepping off the plane we were in the taxi! Our driver had spotted... read more us as quickly as we’d spotted him and led us to his car right outside the airport building. He provided us with water and gave us plenty of tips including where to go and what to eat. He (Nico?) was very helpful and I’d definitely recommend their service. We did find (after having booked Nico) a cheaper taxi firm but I doubt we could have had better service.
